§.1 General provisions
The data administrator is PPHU Centrum sp. z o.o. with its registered office at 81 Batorego Street, Nowy Sącz 33-300.
Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable legislation and is stored on secure servers.
For the interpretation of terms as described in the Privacy Policy For the purposes of a better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced by “You”, “Administrator” by “We”. The term “RODO” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. We respect the right to privacy and are committed to data security. For this purpose, a secure encryption protocol for communication is used, among other things. Personal data provided when contacting us is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorised persons.
§2 Data controller
The service provider is the data controller of its customers. This means if you get in touch with our company, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address. Personal data is processed:
a. in accordance with the regulations concerning the protection of personal data,b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment, formation of the content of the Agreement, modification or termination thereof and proper performance of the Services provided electronically,
d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfilment of legitimate interests (legally justified purposes) and the processing does not infringe the rights and freedoms of the data subject: to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent given by you if [for example] to present a commercial offer from our company
Each data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or the withdrawal of your consent only to the extent for the purpose of asserting possible claims in court or if national or EU or international law obliges us to retain the data. The Service Provider shall have the right to share your personal data and other data with entities authorised under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement agencies).
The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of the withdrawal of consent or the lodging of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
The Service Provider shall not make personal data available to entities other than those authorised by the relevant legislation.
§3 Cookies
17 The www.hotelbeskid.pl website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser’s computer software. When the browser reconnects to the website, the website recognises the type of device from which the user is connecting. The parameters only allow the server that created them to read the information they contain. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited sites. The information collected relates to the IP address, the type of browser used, the language, the type of operating system, the internet service provider, the time and date information, the location and the information sent to the site via the contact form.
18 We use the data we collect to monitor and review how users use our sites in order to improve the site by providing a more efficient and seamless navigation experience. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool, which records user behaviour on the site. Cookies identify the user so that the content of the site they are using is tailored to their needs. By remembering your preferences, it makes it possible to tailor targeted commercial offers to you. We use cookies to ensure the highest standard of comfort of our website, and collected data is used only within PPHU Centrum sp. z o.o. to optimise operations.
19 We use the following cookies on our website:
(a) “necessary” cookies to enable the use of the services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services which require authentication on the website;
(b) cookies used for security purposes, e.g. used to detect misuse of authentication on the website;
(c) “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information about the use of the website’s pages;
(d) “functional” cookies, which make it possible to “remember” the user’s selected settings and personalise the user’s interface, e.g. with regard to the user’s chosen language or region of origin, font size, design of the website, etc;
(20) The user has the option at any time to disable or restore the
collection of cookies by changing the settings in their web browser.
